‘Golf Course Maintenance Manual’ 2009
A comprehensive manual of systems, procedures, worksheets and varying data that will help golf clubs to manage their golf course in a professional and economically viable manner. It includes a policy document, maintenance standards, a budget workbook, job descriptions, training workbooks and numerous plans and records as well as some useful course information. The aim for this ‘Manual’ is to act as a main reference book for all who are responsible in the management of the golf course. It comes complete with disc for downloading various spreadsheets including the budget workbook.
